Fabulous park run hs. Great to be first in your category, well done 👏.
I managed my furthest distance since May 2022, 7.4 miles on what was a chilly but glorious sunshiny morning; pity I'm still only run/walking and just can't do better than that but I was pleased with it.

Congratulations on your age category win HS.

Well done on your long run Steve.

I’ve had a brilliant very muddy run at Cartmel and came away with a course PB by nearly 12 mins and a 10k PB (since I came back to Fetch)by 11 mins. I’m still buzzing as I really loved this run.

Thanks Jaks.

Fantastic running and congratulations for your PB's. Good luck for tomorrow.

Great photo LL.

I will be having an easy run in the morning, as I have my jabs in the afternoon.

That's really something to buzz about Jaks. Those are a lot of minutes to knock off your previous times, fabulous.
Well run cross country LL, I'm guessing the views were beautiful after the run😂👏.
Only weights and stretches today, thanks all for the nice comments on my longer run. Hoping to continue in that routine.
