Well done Steve, your mileage is rising nicely.
All the best MrsB for Sundays Berlin Marathon.
This morning was a solo hilly 4 mile road run. It was a bit cooler and ideal for running.

First outing this season for the head torch this morning, was a lovely morning for it too. Lots of wildlife out too, I saw lots of rabbits and some deer, heard an owl hooting in the trees and a couple of cats (maybe not quite wildlife haha).
Well done Steve and HS for getting out this morning.
Good luck Mrs B!

Just a fraction shy of 10.7 this morning while the car was having an air con regas. It was cool when I set out running just after 8am and I was pleased I wore long tights and long sleeved top but at the end it was shorts and t-shirt weather.

Head torch and wildlife ! What a great run Lesley. Haven't used my head torch yet because it gets just light enough when I reach the trail .
Tights and long sleeves FF, definitely a temperature drop to respond to, good distance again.
It was chilly here early this morning. 7c but with no wind it was really ideal. Did a hilly road route for a change. I was keeping an eye on my HR which was showing a range I was ok with , visibly a max of 141 BPM was enough for me to handle but the (stupid) gadget must have hit interference somewhere and showed a max of 223 BPM and thus an average of 148bpm both of which, if true, would have seen me sprawled on the floor!😂

Well done Steve, out bright and early running on a hilly road course. Pylons can often cause a spike in the heart rate reading. I tend to ignore the max rate, and accept the average as the important factor.
Our local parkrun has been cancelled for the second time, as repairs are still being undertaken on the foot bridge. The organisers are actively working on a new course, avoiding the bridge altogether.
We are considering 3 alternatives for tomorrow.
Quite chilly this morning and my heating came on! A brisk Farmers Walk kept me warm.

Nice mileage FF. Have a great holiday.
Well done Steve on your run and HS on your farmers walk. I’ve not been out yet as I’ve had a busy morning so far.
