I do like that saying 3M 
11.2 miles for me this morning, it was rather warm when I set off just before 9am. The last 3 miles were quickest which increased my already rising HR.
Well done everyone for still getting out and running, early, late or in the heat of the midday sun. Rest day tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. It’s a bit different for me. I only started running at 46 and am only an average plodder so easier to maintain that.
Great result FF.
I’m not a fan of the heat either. I cycled 10 miles to a friend house ran a slow 5k then 9 miles home saved a bit of petrol and helps me on the challenge. Well done HS doing you’re easy 10k after a bad one we need another to wipe the memory away.

Well done FF for yesterday's 11.2 miles.
Good cross training yesterday LL. Thanks, yesterday's 10k was nice and slow.
This morning was a steady 8.25 miles in the forest with two running friends. It was really hot, so we were glad when we finished.

It's afternoon and Steve hasn't popped in. I wonder if he's having a complete rest day or dare not tell us he's ran
Rest day today but a tempo session planned for tomorrow, I may consider going out after work and cycling home tonight. Nope, I've just considered it, I'll risk the morning heat.

I'll fill the gap then. I went for a rather slow 5.5 miles at 8am today - that's early for me. There were a few other runners around - also fitting in the run earlyish. Now for an afternoon siesta, and then do a few things in the garden this evening.

Well done everyone who braved the heat. I wanted to do something today but decided to practice what I preach and take a rest day.
Have had itchy feet all day though. Will have to get up super early tomorrow.

I went out this morning had a (flanci) parcel to collect from post office so was out nice and early. Working away down in Wales for the rest of the week I’ll run but will only be short ones.
