Thanks gg, yes...cake and alcohol (boringly sensible amount, after all my job when I worked was all about assisting problem drinkers☹️).

Thanks FF and Turkhish and now, after four miles this morning....the rest from running until Friday as promised 😂

FF, I’ve been doing a lot of bike work to keep up my fitness. Hopefully now I can get back into some decent prolonged training and get back race shape. I’ll be in your neck of the woods this weekend with a trip to Boston Parkrun again on Saturday
