What a fantastic record and achievement! 106 marathons.. which I believe we're all outdoors. The "record" excludes treadmill runs by making the record an outdoor effort.
No run for me today simply because I was tired!

More tomorrow!!

106 marathons in 106 days is incredible!

I ran 8.26 miles in the forest this morning with the Monday Group. My furthest run since my fall.

Thanks Steve, I seem to be making good progress, and still had a bit "left in the tank."

Nice one HS.

Well done Steve, we are all getting sensible on here.

10 miles on the exercise bike today. I’m doing the virtual challenge and quite far behind.

Thanks LL, and well done for your 10 miles on the exercise bike. Cycling is great cross training, and many of our club runners also cycle 🚲. I don't have a bike, but went for spinning sessions twice a week for 2 years, after tearing my menisci in 2017. This helped me to keep up my fitness, as I couldn't run, but just walk/slow jog.

Ten miles on an exercise bike sounds quite hard to me LL.
I seldom ride my bike but when I do that kind of distance outside it's a decent workout for me.
I have been sensible and hope that having done two runs of 4.2 miles this morning over different routes/terrain hasn't put me back in the foolish stable! Just an hour between them and the second one with my wife for a short while.

Perfect temperature at 15c, no wind, dry...can't complain at that!!

Well done Steve, two 4.2 mile runs with just an hour in between. Hope you felt ok, during and after!

A rest day today for me.

17 for me today walking the remaining 3/4 mile home as my legs felt very heavy and tired. That doesn't bode too well for a marathon but I have to take into account I haven't ran for 9 days.
Not long now, a week on Saturday. Planning ahead for nutrition and clothing already. Really looking forward to it now :-)

I think it’s such a unique event FF there’s less pressure. Just soak up the experience and enjoy it.

4 miles for me. Just enough to keep my green tick.

2 x run Steve I take my sensible comment back 🤣
