Well done Evangel, nice to see you back here again. That's very clever and wise too with the 1000 target, less than 80km to go. Fingers crossed you continue improving and stay injury free.

Gromit I think you need to have a word with Lord Fetch as your mileage has doubled you've got some little gremlins in there somewhere :-) However congratulations on the 3171 miles :-O ;-) lol

Welcome back Evangel, and very sensible to make 1000k your new target.

This mornings road run was very tough. There were gale force winds, and I nearly got blown sideways whilst running round the Marina, and into Southampton Water. I only ran 5.1 miles as I was struggling into the wind, and my legs were "shot" from yesterdays beasting spinning session.

lol, I have worked out I could still beat Gromit if I run 50 miles every day until next year. Wish me luck people; I think I am going to need it ;)

On a serious note, I have done my second highest monthly total this month. I am really pleased as I have not got a race planned and am running purely for the fun of it.
