Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Some excellent mileage getting done.

Congratulations on the badge, Vrap.

And the shoes are excellent, Sigh. :)

I will indeed confirm exactly that, Gobi. Something about tails and dogs.

Ditto what Ness says. Really impressive miles, both monthly and overall!

In a 'bonus' lecture for my course tonight rather than running. Quite envious of everyone who's getting out (charity finance and accounting is not the most fascinating of topics :-) ) and very much looking forward to my run in the morning!

Back after a great run first time I haven’t needed to cough on my run and only needed 1 hanky tonight. Happy days. Really enjoyed it. 5 added to my total 28/100

Charity funds raising is very important and I bet the charities who benefit from such skills are grateful CasB

Rest day tomorrow off for a spa with my mate & running buddy.

Glad you're on the mend gg, sounds like a lovely run. Have a fab time at the spa :-)

It's making me very grateful for the actual accountants! (I'm a fundraiser turned funder and I'm hoping this module might mean the figures feel slightly less impenetrable!)

Well done V'rap on the badge.

Club hill session last night. Heart wasn't really in it as I'd done enough hills on Sunday. 41/100

On to 67, Biscuit is in season so we have been running her in the lead.

Popped out at 6am(it's easy Friday) and we went exploring so she got 20 mins or so of off lead freedom. Will do again tomorrow.

Just shy of 10M this morning, including a stop at the GP for my annual visit to the vampire - fortunately my dodgy veins weren't too difficult this time. 40.4/100.

Happy Friday all.
