Another short run this morning takes me to 95.1/100. Will hopefully be over the line tomorrow. 😁

you will do it Ness every confidence.

I am going to go out with geordiemum after work to stretch the old legs, which are feeling remarkably ok! Day 2 blog is up - you need a brew with it haha

You'll def make it easily Ness!
Nice blogging, geordiegirl.

A fairly nippy 5k this morning brings me to 94, running home tonight and back into the office again tomorrow will take me comfortably over the 100.

Given another long run to come this week too, this is shaping up to being one of my higher mileage months for quite some time!

Thanks all it does help to write it all down and remember it otherwise we move on and not give a backward thought. And it reminded me that it was mostly a lot of fun and enjoyable while I wait for aches to pass πŸ˜‚

Congrats gg on your runs, hope you're recovering well! About to go and read your blogs.

Well done FF on crossing the line, looks like a couple more to come tomorrow.

Woke up feeling a bit ropey this morning - achy from some fairly excessive kettlebell and plank sessions yesterday, on top of swimming, plus a slight sense of possibly a lurgy brewing? But went for the organised 21k run anyway on the basis that it was a 3-lap route so I could bail earlier. Started and felt fairly ordinary, and guilty for making Mr CasB run slowly with me, but then ended up chatting to another chap for laps 2 and 3 who was cheerily telling me all about taking up triathlon on retirement, and training for an IM aged 60! So to my surprise I made it all the way round and then collapsed gently into the (cold!) 'leisure pool'. 86.5/100. Need to write a La Santa blog but first of all, need a siesta!
