Particularly GimmeMedals and Rosehip, it's great to see your efforts paying off. And well done to geordiegirl on your races this weekend, hope you've recovered well and are enjoying the last one. A 12km trail run along the coast gets me to 73.1/100. The guide set a fairly rapid pace which would have been fine on the road but less so uphill, on sand, into a headwind! So I dropped back, chatted to some of the other backmarkers, and enjoyed it far more. I've also swim this morning and walked a couple of miles to town and back for groceries, so my feet ache and I'm currently proving that with a high enough chair, you can cook dinner sitting down 😀
