You'll see a difference when you get home then. Definitely, GM. Well done for keeping up the training. đ

Oh no Akie hope it sorts out soon.
So so glad I went at lunchtime when the weather was lovely, blue skies and quite warm which has been replaced with rain and itâs absolutely freezing.
I have my 3 day (well night) runs this weekend so another quiet week ticking the legs over 2.6m brings me to 43.5/100

37/100 here after this morningâs sunny outing. Slow start to March after starting the month with a cold but hopefully back on track now.

67.2/100 after an interval session this morning. It was hard work at times into the wind.

Session with 3x10 minutes âthresholdâ which the wind really didnât help in todayâs run. Up to 52.3/100, so just a little ahead of the curve still
