good 100 done annadav! Chose to go out late (!) this morning because of ice here there and everywhere near where I live. 8am. 5 miles , 64/100. I never have woken up and gone straight out to run..I give myself about 45 minutes so get up before six o clock and often 5.30 in the lighter months. A cup of tea and a biscuit is essential with a good amount of warm up.

Weath. I’m just behind you and I’m catching up as well after struggling with a piroformis injury since December which is now clearing up.
A Parkrun sandwich gave me 13 taking me to 43/100

Just under 97/100. 14th place at parkrun and an age category win, after months being second place in category.
